Dr. Cijy Mathai received her PhD degree titled ‘Design, Analysis, and Fabrication of Terahertz Waveguide Coupled Whispering Gallery Mode Resonator and its Applications’
from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (India) in 2019. She also
did her postdoctoral research work at Technion, Israel Institute of Technology
with Prof. Eyal Buks. While at Technion, her work was on cavity QED systems based
on quantum magnonics, thereby exploring the magneto-optical effect of spin based
hybrid quantum devices. Her current work involves generating squeezed states using
circuit QED systems and creating quantum bits channel harnessing
symmetry property for the realization of efficient quantum internet design in future.
